Simple patterns, soft colors...
This
pattern is abstract, a grid pattern made from an original photograph of
the back of a chair. Dark gray and brown square dots in rows form the
grid. The rows curve slightly as the chair does. Up close, the little
square dots are holes with rounded corners and a shadow dimension around
the upper and right hand edges. The colors of the body of the chair are
muted tones from nature, pale sage green blending into pale mauve, then
soft, sandy brown, looking as if they'd been painted on. This abstract
design, with its sophisticated color scheme, has a very modern look.
