House dressing to wear anywhere...
This tapestry textured design is an original photograph of leaves on a newly growing cherry tree. The closeup photo was shot from overhead, showing the whirl of leaves as they grow. The leaves are in varying shades of green, from dark bluish green at the base to a more yellow green in the newest growth. The stems of the leaves have a reddish purple color.

Fresh greens from nature...

Go for a walk...
Banyan Street in Boca Grande, Florida is one of the loveliest streets for a leisurely stroll. The grand old banyan trees form an arc over the entire length of the block, making it a shady spot on the sunny Gulf Coast. This original photograph is a view looking down the street and the walkway, divided by a row of banyan trees. The trees' trunks are shades of grays and browns, with many sculptural details formed as they grow. The abundant green leaves and branches fill the top of the photo. Dappled sunlight highlights the footpath of light colored crushed stone, with blue hydrangea petals from a nearby bush.

Stand in the sunlight...
Green, natural green, greens in nature, shapes in shadow and sunlight - these are the elements that make up this original photograph of a saw palmetto plant. The accordion-shaped leaves are dark green in shadow, and brighter yellow green where the sunlight catches them. At the top of the photo, a dry brown leaf from a different tree curls toward the viewer, looking very three dimensional.

Notice the details...
This original photograph is a closeup of the base of a very old Areca Palm. We see a few dark green leaves and the spring green trunks with their tan rings.

Relax in the calmness...
This abstract design is an original photograph of a banana leaf. It was shot at close range, so to speak, focusing on the ribbing of the leaf as it grows out from the center spine. The curving bands of light green shift in color from yellow green in the shadows to a more blueish green in the sunlight.

Icing on the cake...
This pattern was created from an original photograph of herbs in the garden. With a color shift from green to icy blue, the plant leaves look like decorative icing on a cake.

Add some vintage cafe atmosphere...
This design is an original photograph of a rustic cafe sign and window outside the rural cafe. It's a colorful, hand painted sign with green, white and blue letters and musical notes on a dark background, in a wooden frame. The sign hangs on a pale yellow clapboard wall with pink in the shadows, next to a window with light green blinds hanging on the inside, and a white highlight area reflecting tree branches.

Go graphic with vintage architecture...
This design is an original photograph of an old post office, no longer in use. The rural outpost was, in its day, also a grocery store. The old white paint on the wooden building is flaking away, breaking up the black letters of the sign. Sunlight through tree branches casts lavender gray shadows on the peaked facade, and a round black lamp with white interior hangs over the sign.

Lose yourself in the clouds...
This design is an original photograph taken one evening as the sun set. The clouds look like puffy balls of cotton, all pink from the light of the setting sun. Even the blue sky has a pinkish tint. A touch of yellow tints the cloud band closer to the sun.

Go big, bold color...
This bold, colorful design is an original photograph taken on a street corner in Biarritz, France. The blue sign with white letters, "Rue des Goelands", is the street name (in English, "Sea Gull Street"). The round, marine blue sign with a white arrow is a directional sign. The red circle, with a diagonal line on a dark blue background, indicates "Do Not Enter". Behind the signs is a white building with dark red trim, an example of Basque architecture. A splash of sunlight in one corner of the house highlights the red of the shutters.

Classic sophistication update in calming blue...

A classic pattern looking a bit like the fine fabric of a necktie with its subtle sheen and texture, the sky blue ribbon in this original digital design is woven in the style of a basket. The ribbons have a snowy white texture like clouds, highlighting the curves of the fabric.

Have more fun...
This design is an original photograph of Adirondack style chairs in bright tropical colors, arranged outdoors in a town by the sea. There are two chairs in the foreground, one a deep sky blue and the other a bright yellow. Other colored chairs can be seen in the background, one in purple, one deep blue, one orange and one in sea foam green. There is also a yellow umbrella, tied closed, a leafy dark green tree and a lavender and turquoise striped awning to complete the scene.
